Been awhile, I know, I know

Time has once again got ahead of me. Seems that sometimes I feel like I don't know where it went.Where do I start?????

I buggered up my foot again, the pain is so unreal,but I try to keep it to myself cause crying about it won't change things. At night it feels like my heartbeat is in my foot instead of my chest.

I went to my doctor appointment this morning , my doctor was called away for a emergency so I got someone else ..what a waste of time! She told me I had to stay off my foot for 2 weeks, yeah right. I looked at her and said that's not going to happen you know, I have bills to pay, work, housework , company coming , hopefully training for second job that I've been hired for. Once that starts I'll be running all the time. Gets me when they think saying something so stupid would happen,as if I could sit still! So I walked back home, started cleaning the house , washing laundry , getting it ready for our weekend guests. There will be a lot of RUNNING around to be done .....and yes that's going to be done by ME.

One of the ways I deal with stress is to walk.......you take that away from me you may as well just bury me! I need to walk.......it keeps me from going insane!

Kids are coming today! I'm glad about that its been awhile since they have been here. We are getting all 3 grandkids and this will be their first time to meet Anthony their step uncle. My son is very excited to meet him , as Anthony is to meet him, I think it will be fun seeing how they all get along.

Anthony if fitting in around here, He's busy with his school work , and he's really enjoying his job. Nice to have him doing things now, In the beginning I felt my space was taken and I wasn't dealing with it as well as I would have liked to. He's been helping whenever asked which is nice and He enjoys chatting with me, while we work in the kitchen. I"m glad he still loves cooking and Mexican peppers!

Well that's all that's new in my world, dryer stopped and is screaming my name! So on that note I'm off to take out the clean bedding....later all:)

Little Green Socks.

Life goes by so fast! So many things to do besides going to work, doing the jobs around the house,picking up the groceries, or doing the laundry...some people would say ....hey stop! Take time to smell the flowers. When I stop....I've been looking at the Little Green Socks.

The Little Green Socks are sitting here on my night stand. They are so cute, with rubber on the bottoms that says ...6-12 months BabyGap. As I hold these Little Green Socks in my hands they seem so small, but they bring a huge smile to my face!

To think of the little feet that fit the Little Green Socks? To think how many times they run around in a room, to think when they are on the feet they are full of life!

As I sit and hold the Little Green Socks....memories upon memories fill my thoughts ,laughter and some tears fill my heart, a calmness I can't even explain.

Grandson Brayden... Grandma has your Little Green Socks, She will take good care of them til she see's you again.

P.S ..oh and the Little Green Socks will stay by my nightstand and close to my heart.
